Sea Salt & Cinnamon is a vegan food company based in Muncie who’s mission is to invite others into compassion for themselves and the animals we share our world with.
Hattie McDaniel is an Indianapolis born and raised pastry chef. She graduated from Johnson and Wales university baking and pastry program, where she also attended pastry courses in France. Most of her career has been spent in restaurant kitchens, but has shifted in 2020. She offers private baking classes as well as virtual group classes. Hattie is also an adjunct instructor at Ivy Tech community college. Her newest venture is recipe development consulting for hospitality businesses and new bakery concepts.
